Guided by Faith, Grounded in Work

Faith gives the direction. Discipline walks the road. You need both to actually arrive.
Faith without effort becomes wishful thinking. Effort without faith becomes exhausting. The people who go the distance seem to hold both at once, a quiet trust that things can work out, and the daily willingness to do the work anyway.
Trust the direction, do the steps Faith is not a reason to stop trying. It is what steadies you while you try. It lets you take the next honest step without needing to see the whole staircase.
Give some of it away Purpose grows when it points outward. The work feels lighter when part of it is for someone other than yourself. Help one real person this week, and watch how quickly your own worries find their proper size.
